AS A BUYER:

Yes, you may purchase online, but the delivery charge has to b determined and agreed by the buyer. We will shop around for at least 2-3 movers, and provide you with all the options depending on your needs. You will be responsible for the charge and scheduled pick-up date and time (depending on your availability). If you’re able to load the purchased pieces in your car, we have warehouse personnel that can help wrap and load the items for safer transportation.

AS A CONSIGNOR:

HOW CONSIGNMENT WORKS:

Consigning your unwanted treasures to Resiklo is a straight-forward process that takes 2-3 days to be approved. Quality and condition is our priority as most shoppers as well. Create a consignor account then upload a front, side, back, top, and ¾ angle photo if the item along with any information you may have on the piece (purchase date, purchase price, maker labels, and any imperfection that may hinder the sale). All items are priced 50%-60% less than its current selling price or value. All pricing must be agreed upon by the consignor and Resiklo. The consignment period will be 90 days, and if there are any remaining unsold items, the prices will be reduced by 20% and the contract will renew for another 90 days. The consignor has the option to keep the approved items in their home or at the Resiklo retail store.

WHAT ITEMS DOES RESIKLO ACCEPT FOR CONSIGNMENT?

Quality, designer and/or luxury furnishings, artwork, carpets, lighting, decorative accessories, and some antiques.

WHAT ITEMS DOES RESIKLO NOT ACCEPT?

Damaged furnishings/items, mattresses, appliances, bedding, fabrics, curtains, and telephones.

APPROVED CONSIGNMENT ITEM

All approved items will be emailed by Resiklo to the consignor with a copy of the Consignment Contract.

CONSIGNOR PAYOUT:

Consignment items displayed/stored in Resiklo Design will have a consignor payout split of 50/50 from the actual sold price. 50% to the Consignor, and 50% to Resiklo. All approved consignments kept at the consignor’s home will have a consignor payout split of 60/40 from the actual sold price. 60% to the Consignor and 40% to Resiklo.

DISCOUNTS:

All Designers or Decorator in the trade receives 10% off any item that have been in consignment for 90 days or less. All items with a renewed contract and reduced prices will no longer be eligible for the 10% Trade discount.

CONSIGNMENT ITEMS STOWED AT CONSIGNOR’S PROPERTY:

Front, side, back, top, and ¾ angle photo photos received from the consignment submission will be used for the website listing. All approved consignments kept at the consignor’s home will have a consignor payout split of 60/40 from the actual sold price. 60% to the Consignor and 40% to Resiklo.

CONSIGNOR SOLD ITEMS UPDATE

The consignor can visit the Resiklo website and look up if their item sold. The website is updated daily for sold items.

UNSOLD ITEMS AND CONTRACT EXPIRED

The consignor has the right to reclaim or donate the remaining items after the 6 month term. If the consignor decides to donate, Resiklo will schedule a pick up with Housing works, and the consignor will receive a tax credit document within 30 days of the pick up.

IMAGE UPLOAD

All received photos of items will be used for the website listing. Your are required to provide at least 5 photos of your item including pictures of the front, back, left, right, top, & any additional detail photos of your item.
