Brazilian multi award winning designer Flavia Alves de Souza (b. 1969) designed for Egizia, during her collaboration with Sottsass Associati in Milan from 1995-2001.
Produced by Egizia, Italy for Sottsass Associati’s “hwc” (handle with care) collection. Sottsass Associati was a collaborative design studio founded by Ettore Sottsass. Each glass is signed in silver “FALVIA ALVES DE SOUZA for hwc EGIZIA by Sottsass Associati” “ARGENTO” (silver). EGIZIA is etched on the bottom.
